These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to the purchase and use of digital products (Brand Kits, Canva Templates, Stock Images & Mockups, and other design resources) sold by Like Web Design Srl, through www.like-webdesign.com and www.shop.like-webdesign.com (the “Site”) 

By purchasing from this Site, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms. We may update these Terms at any time, and modifications will be effective immediately upon posting on this Site.

Your purchase of any product or service available through this Site means you accept and agree to any changes.

1. Order Acceptance and Cancellation

Your order is an offer to purchase products under these Terms. We reserve the right to accept or reject any order at our discretion. Once payment is confirmed, you will receive your digital download link or instructions (if applicable). As all products are digital, cancellation after purchase is not possible.

2. Prices and Payment Terms

Prices are listed in EUR and may change without notice. The final price is confirmed at checkout. Payment must be completed before you receive access to digital products. 

By completing a purchase, you confirm that:

• The payment details provided are true and correct.
• You are authorised to use the chosen payment method.
• You will pay all charges at the posted prices, including applicable taxes.

3. Returns and Refunds

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. No refunds, returns, or exchanges are available under any circumstances.

4. Intellectual Property and General Ownership

You acknowledge and agree that:

1. All products are licensed to you, not sold. Ownership of intellectual property remains with Like Web Design Srl.
2. You must comply with the specific licence agreement for each product purchased, including restrictions on copying, modifying, reselling, or redistributing.
3. All intellectual property rights — including copyrights, trademarks, and design rights — remain the sole property of Like Web Design Srl.
4. You acquire no ownership rights in or to the products, beyond the limited licence granted under these Terms.

5. Specific Terms and Conditions

A. Brand Kits

Brand Kits are semi-customisable design products created by Like Web Design Srl. Like Web Design Srl customizes them for your business as described in the product page.

Permitted Uses

• After customization, the Brand Kit is licensed for your own business use only.
• You may use the Brand Kit to represent your business across digital and print platforms (website, social media, marketing materials).

Not Permitted

• Reselling, sharing, or redistributing the Brand Kit.
• Claiming the design as your own creation.
• Requesting additional changes beyond those stated in the product description without extra payment.
• Assuming exclusivity — Brand Kits are sold X times as specified in the listing. Exclusive rights are not granted.

Example:

• Allowed: Use your Brand Kit logo as your business identity on Instagram.
• Not allowed: Sell the Brand Kit design to another business.

Note: Any extra or different customization requests beyond what is included on the product page will be billed separately.

B. Canva Templates

Canva Templates are editable digital templates for personal business use.

Permitted Uses

• Edit and customise the template for your own business.
• Change fonts, colours, and text to fit your brand.
• Use finished designs for social media, websites, or marketing.

Not Permitted

• Reselling, sharing, or redistributing the original Canva Template.
• Claiming the template design as your own.
• Extracting included stock images for separate use

Example:

• Allowed: Edit a social media pack with your brand colours and post on Instagram.
• Not allowed: Resell the template on Etsy.

C. Stock Images and Mockup Templates

Permitted Uses

You may use the Stock Images or Mockups in any way not prohibited by these Terms. Permitted uses include, but are not limited to:

• Presentations (PowerPoint, Keynote, PDF templates)
• Social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Your own website or blog
• Marketing newsletters and email campaigns
• Blog posts and articles
• Portfolio presentations
• To showcase branding/web/design projects
• Other marketing materials for your own business

Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Stock Images or Mockups in any way not expressly permitted in these Terms. Prohibited uses include, but are not limited to:

• Using images for client projects (e.g., on a client’s website). Clients must purchase their own licence.
• Reselling, redistributing, or transferring the raw image/mockup files.
• Claiming ownership or copyright of the images.
• Using images in defamatory, obscene, or unlawful ways.

Commercial Licence

This licence is ideal for businesses, agencies, and creative professionals, giving them the right to use the images for both personal and commercial use, using the images for their own branding and marketing.

Covers:

• All your business social media channels
• Unlimited digital advertising campaigns
• Local physical advertising (flyers, brochures, posters)
• Internal company materials (presentations, PDFs, training)
• Portfolio presentations across all platforms

Does not cover:

• Resale or distribution of raw assets
• Transfer of assets to clients for direct use
• Use of assets on a client’s website

Extended Commercial Licence

This licence is for design studios, template creators, and agencies seeking maximum flexibility for their clients’ projects and other service developments.

Covers:

• Creating and selling unlimited templates (Canva, website, social packs, etc.)
• Creating and selling digital or physical products with images included
• Unlimited digital/physical distribution
• Use across multiple business accounts
• Creation of derivative works

Client privileges:

• Direct usage in marketing, mockups, and social media materials delivered by you

Does not cover:

• Resale or distribution of raw assets
• Transfer of assets to clients for direct use
• Use of assets on a client’s website (they must purchase their own licence)

Example:

• Allowed: Use a stock image in a Canva template you sell.
• Not allowed: Give the original JPG file to a client for their own website.

6. Privacy Policy

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Personal data collected during checkout (such as name, email, and payment details) is used solely to process your order. We will not share your personal data with third parties except as required by law.

7. Limitation of Liability

Like Web Design Srl’s liability is limited to the amount paid for the purchased product. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of business, data, or profits.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent Romanian courts.

9. Changes to Terms

Like Web Design Srl reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Updates take effect immediately upon posting on this Site.
